The NWDA Business Relations team provide professional location advisors who work with clients to help establish a business start-up, expansion or relocation.
The team can advise and offer a range of FREE and CONFIDENTIAL services to assist clients to deliver their project on time and within budget, including:
- Introduction to research and technology expertise
- Guidance on grants and financial incentives
- Information on staff recruitment and training
- Advice on availability and costs of sites and premises
- Networking within the region
- Referral to auditors, lawyers, tax specialists, etc.
We operate worldwide via UK Consulates, High Commissions and Embassies together with a network of our own offices overseas, where we work with colleagues in Yorkshire Forward and One North East in The North of England Inward Investment Agency. Overseas offices are in USA, Australia and Japan.
The Business Relations team have responsibility for attracting investment into the region and, in support of this, seek to proactively market to businesses nationally and internationally, the benefits of England's Northwest.
