QC Analyst - Eli Lilly

Vacancy is for an Initial period of 6 months from the start date.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stability and release testing of animal health products in compliance with cGMP.
• Analysis to support key site validation activities in compliance with cGMP.
• General housekeeping/maintenance of analytical equipment.
• Contribute when organising workload within the team
• Maintaining laboratory records to current cGMP requirements.
• Reviewing lab documentation to ensure compliance with cGMP.
• Operating to current Environmental Heath and Safety standards.

Required experience:
Proven experience gained within a QC Lab in a regulated environment (either Pharma or Food). HNC level qualificationn (or equivalent) is the minimum requirement in a relevant scientific discipline coupled with the above level of experience.

Essential Skills:
• Able to work alone and within a team with minimal supervision.
• Highly self motivated and ability to use their own initiative.
• Have good time management experience to ensure deadlines are met.
• Must have experienced in HPLC & Empower, GC is desirable but not essential.
• Able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills:
• Able to systematically troubleshoot problems and make appropriate decisions.
• Demonstrated initiative; working towards continuous improvement activities.
