Job Title: Scientific Community Engagement Manager

SRG are working with a leading organisation who as a result of continuous success, are now looking to recruit a Scientific Community Engagement Manager to work collaboratively and provide an excellent level of customer service to new and existing customers within the scientific community.

Role:
• Proactively researching and identifying relevant networking opportunities leading to coordination and delivery of such events.
• Sharing feedback with and working collaboratively with marketing departments
• Develop and maintain customer profiles by gaining a strong understanding of their businesses requirements.
• Network across the science community within the northwest region and connect customers where possible

Requirements:
• Natural networker with emotional intelligence
• Passion for Science
• Previous experience in a customer facing role
• Eligibility to work in the UK

The successful Scientific Community Engagement Manager will be qualified or equivalent in a scientific discipline and must have appropriate skills together with underpinning knowledge. Previous experience of scientific sales or events management would be highly advantageous.
