Positive trial news for Renovo

Renovo Group plc, the biopharmaceutical company developing drugs for the reduction of scarring, is pleased to announce positive results of a planned 12 month follow-up analysis for Juvista in a multi-centre European phase II clinical trial in varicose vein surgery. The trial which was carried out on 156 patients across four countries, will begin a further phase of trials on 350 patients across 50 clinical centres.

Following the announcement, shares in the company rose by 4.55 per cent.
