PHF Life Sciences is a specialist division of PHF recruitment. This is the main trading name for Pharmfinders Ltd, one of the UK’s leading privately owned niche sector recruiters. Established in 2004, we operate out of offices in Warrington, Cheshire and currently have a team of 10 consultants operating through 3 specialist divisions.

Our Life sciences team provides multi-disciplinary recruitment services to a wide cross section of organisations operating within the Life Sciences sector and is headed by Andy Cuthbert, a 25 year recruitment veteran who built his sector expertise whilst leading the Life Sciences team at Torres and Partners. We also have a specialist Pharmacy team (Pharmfinders) servicing the unique needs of the UK Pharmacy sector and a more generalist Professional team (PHF Professional) providing multi-disciplinary, mid and senior management recruitment services to clients operating in the allied Retail and Healthcare sectors.

All of our Principal consultants are genuine sector experts, able to identify talent at all levels and across all functions for the key clients we work with. We offer both search and selection and contingent recruitment approaches depending upon the specific needs and circumstances of each client. We don’t believe “one shoe fits all” and work closely with our clients to design recruitment services that provide value for money but, above all, are effective in delivering the talent their organisation needs to prosper.

As members of Bionow, we are happy to offer a discounted recruitment service to all other group members. This will involve a 10% discount on any recruitment assignment we engage with. So should the overall fee be £10,000 for example, members will receive a discount of £1,000.
