You’ll be working within the companies R&D department, looking at the development of their existing and new products. You’ll have exposure to some great techniques and be working in a very well equipped laboratory, within a team that’s built up of great minds and experienced scientists.
The role is a critical part of the business providing an essential part of the QA team. QA Officers are expected to work closely with the Production, Lab, Product Development, Project Manager and Business Development teams. The role involves a split between document review and approval and QA support to the production facility. The role will involve regular entry into the GMP suite to assist with the QA support for ongoing batch activities.
The role is an ideal opportunity for an individual who wishes to learn more about the breadth of the pharmaceutical development processes that occur at Quay and in the wider industry. It is very much focused at the beginning of a new project, at the point where Quay is exposed to the requirements of the client and the science and novel research that the client is involved with. The Laboratory Supervisor is a key role within the laboratory management team and will report directly to the Laboratory Operations Manager.
