ERS are proud to be partnered with a successful biopharmaceutical CRO looking to add experienced bioanalytical scientists to their team as part of their growth. They are searching for both Scientists and Senior Scientists, with Senior Scientists expected to take on additional responsibility and carry out training / mentoring.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high functioning team, contributing to cutting edge drug development through tailored analytical studies.

They're a small and upcoming CRO so this is ideal if you're looking for progression, team culture and excellent industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring client and study manager expectations are met and studies carried out to specification
• GLP/GCP large molecule bioanalytical studies
• Supervising, mentoring and training team members, ensuring teams are fully trained in techniques and procedures required to conduct studies

Required Experience:

• GLP, GCP
• LC-MS
• Validation of bioanalytical methods, used for regulatory sample analysis
• Relevant BSc and work experience
